IF4000 range of knives from Harrison Fisher

Designed by Sam Hecht, the six-strong IF4000 range of knives from Harrison Fisher are hand-forged by Taylor's Eye Witness in Sheffield. A 5° downwards tilt, which is almost imperceptible to the naked eye, ensures that the knives replicate the hand's natural cutting action, and the company says the knives' perfect balance and precision-forged blade make for an excellent cutting performance. In a deliberate move away from ergonomically styled handles, the knives have a smooth, oval-shaped melamine handle, allowing for the grip of any user to be accommodated.
