Indian food has evolved, says Cyrus Todiwala

Sponsored by Kerrymaid, to promote the functionality of its cream alternatives and spreads in a range of traditional Indian-inspired dishes, Todiwala shared his industry secrets and best practice tips.

He introduced guests to a range of flavours and dishes using Kerrymaid's products including Malai Murg chicken tikka, akori (spiced scrambled egg) and crème brÁ»lée.

He said of Kerrymaid Single cream alternative: "This is what we use all the time in our kitchen. It works very well. It doesn't separate, it holds well, and you can use it to your liking. It doesn't go sour that quickly so it doesn't get spoiled."
