Falcon will extend its energy-efficient induction line in January with the addition of the E2904i Boiling Table. It features 5kW elements, instant control, and in-built pan detection that will turn the power on only when a pan is placed on the easy-clean toughened surface.
Falcon's induction line includes mobile tabletop units, with an optional induction wok set, along with appliances that can be installed in bespoke cooking systems.
