Induction ranges from MKN

Product Electric induction ranges with ceramic hob

USP Special control elements that protect against water, moisture and heat with a separately regulated heating zone, each with a 5kW capability, plus electronic pan size recognition for extra flexibility.

Details Top plates are tightly welded with lateral drain channels for easy cleaning and capping strips, which have been used to achieve a neat and hygienic finish, meaning caterers don't need to worry about using silicon or bolts. The ceramic panel itself stays cool and is only heated indirectly by the heat reflected from the pan bottom. When the pan is removed from the induction hob, the cooking zone automatically switches off and, if empty pans are boiling dry, this is detected by a temperature sensor that switches off the induction cooking zone.

Safety Temperature sensors under the glass will cut the unit out if temperatures get too high
