Details Unifine's "Ingredients in Action" workshops are run regularly for members of the press and Unifine's clients to acquaint individuals with the way ingredients perform in a kitchen environment. The latest day for a new batch of trade press was run by Unifine chef patissier Graham Dunton.
Programme The attendees were shown how a few pence worth of meringue mix could be packaged to create a presentation worth several pounds sterling and the same with English and French Macaroons, cheesecake, lemon meringue Genoese slab and square tartlets.
