International starters from Moy Park

Britons made 68.4 million trips abroad last year, where they sampled a wide range of cuisines. Moy Park Foodservice has launched a trio of starters with an international flavour to help caterers meet more cosmopolitan customer demand.
They include Stuffed Mushrooms - button mushrooms stuffed with cream cheese and garlic; and Falafel Bites - balls of chickpeas, garlic, coriander and cumin in a crispy golden crumb case. Both are offered in cases of 5 x 1kg bags.
Taquitos, the third option, are bite-sized crêpes stuffed with Bean Taco, Singapore Chicken Curry, or Greek fillings.
