Intrigue induction chafer from FEM

The newest Intrigue induction chafer from Vollrath gives the added option of a glass lid in place of the original solid lid, allowing caterers to view food without letting heat escape. A baffle and slow-moving hinge will hold the lids in closed, 45° or 90° positions.
Both glass- and solid-lid versions are made from 18-0 stainless-steel water pans that are compatible with energy-efficient induction hobs, while the internal food pan can be stainless steel or porcelain.
The chafer has a low profile to keep the food closer to the countertop for safer self-service. They come with either a brass-plated or a mirror finish.
