Ital Eldorado countertop electric fryers from Apuro

The new Ital Eldorado countertop electric fryers from Apuro are designed to be efficient, hygienic and practical.

Their stainless-steel finish is easy to clean both inside and out, keeping all surfaces free from a build-up of stale oil. To prevent further tainting of the oil, breakaway food particles are captured in a cold-zone tray, where the lower temperature keeps them from burning.

All models have removable tanks and elements to make routine cleaning and maintenance simple. The thermostat is adjustable between 150°C and 190°C; a safety cut-off probe detects overheating to minimise the risk of oil fires; and a reset button quickly returns the fryer to normal operation.

There are six models in the Eldorado range: the 5, a 2,500W single-tank five-litre fryer; the 5 x 2, a 2,500W double-tank (2 x five-litre) fryer; the 8, a 3,300W single eight-litre fryer; the 8 x 2, a 3,300W double (2 x eight-litre) fryer; and two corresponding 8R models with front-mounted drain taps.

All are supplied complete with baskets and stainless-steel lids, and a full one year return-to-base warranty.
