A superb flavoured vegetarian alternative to Parmigiano Reggiano. Can be used in the same applications as the Reggiano but can be used on a wider range of dishes, and offering customer a cheaper alternative. Imported from Italy, it has an authentic taste & style. This is a vegetarian alternative. One cheese for all uses - making life easier for the caterer, and still tasty for the consumer.
