Italian Tomato Sauces from Knorr

Knorr's reformulated and relaunched range of Italian Tomato Sauces includes Bolognese, Creamy Tomato & Pesto, Tomato & Basil, Chasseur, Spicy Arrabbiata, Tuscan Bean, and Vegetale. One 90ml sauce serving provides one of the recommended five-a-day fruit and vegetable portions and contains just 0.3g of sodium per 100g. All varieties are suitable for vegetarians and free from gluten, MSG, artificial colours and flavours. The majority of the sauces are low-fat, lactose-free and vegan, and six out of seven are free from artificial preservatives. The ambient sauces have a shelf life of 12 months.
Also available from Knorr is the range of five Patak's prepared sauces using a blend of traditional Indian herbs and spices. They include Spicy Tikka Masala, Dopiaza (double onion), Sweet Peshwari Korma, Low Fat Tikka Masala, with less than 1% fat, and Korma Light Sauce. The low-salt products are suitable for vegetarians and those on gluten-free diets and contain no added artificial preservatives. Both sauce ranges come in 2 x 2.25-litre plastic containers and have a 12month shelf life.
