It's Fish! is a range of 15 fish and seafood dishes designed to help caterers add interest and variety to their menus.

Yellowfin Tuna Steaks (26 x 170g), Thai Fish Soup (36 x 160g), Coconut Breaded Butterfly Shrimp (25g) and Black Cod Darnes (30 x 170g) are just some examples from the frozen seafood selection.

The Thai Fish Soup combines cuttlefish, squid, shrimp, clam and an aromatic sauce sachet. Other products in the range include Prawn, Crab and Parmesan Dip (24 x 168g); Crispy Green Thai Prawn Rolls (32 x 65g) and Crispy Soy and Ginger Prawn Rolls (32 x 65g), both encased in a crispy rice shell.
