Jean-Christophe Novelli hosts Bel UK food service website
Bel UK Foodservice has launched a new website specifically designed for food service operators and incorporating the Bel Cheese Academy, hosted by chef Jean-Christophe Novelli.
The website features recipes and ideas for all sectors of the industry using the company's well-known cheeses such as Mini Babybel, Leerdammer, Port Salut and the Laughing Cow, and introduces its newer cheeses, Cantadou, Kiri and Boursin.
The Academy section will feature recipes from Novelli, and there's a competition with a first prize of spending a day with Novelli and 10 runners-up prizes of signed copies of his latest cookbook, Everyday Novelli.
