Kerrymaid has unveiled a new online concept for catering professionals.
Tasting Success with Kerrymaid aims to provide chefs and foodservice operators with a simple platform to easily identify how they can reduce waste and save money using Kerrymaid Buttery. It includes a selection of recipes and video masterclasses from Christopher Basten, chairman of the Craft Guild of Chefs.
The recipes have been developed to illustrate the flexibility and convenience of using Kerrymaid Buttery in service and also feature ideas (including a brandy snap dessert, pictured) for the pub channel from Craft Guild member Luke Stephens of the Bull in Great Totham, Essex.
Tasting Success also features a Kerrymaid Calculator, a tool to help operators identify the cost savings Kerrymaid Buttery can provide based on an estimated average usage pattern across spreading, baking and cooking.
