Details The pastes can be poured over meat, fish or vegetables and simmered, or used as a dipping sauce, marinade or sauce base. They are microwaveable, and are freeze-thaw and bain-marie stable for at least three hours.

Range 10 flavours - Balti, Biryani, Jalfrezi, Korma, Madras, Rogan Josh, Tandoori, Tikka Masala, Tikka and Vindaloo.

Shelf life 24 months; six months at room temperature after opening
