Details The ready-to-use purées help save labour and wastage costs compared with fresh ingredients. They are water-based, allowing wider applications than oil-based products, and contain no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or MSG.

Use Unlike dry herbs, they do not need time to rehydrate and soften and can be used at the end of the cooking process or added to cold dishes. They are also suitable for marinades - as they do not burn - and sweet applications.

Flavours Six - Mixed Peppercorn, Basil, Garlic, Ginger, Paprika, and Mixed Herbs - oregano, thyme, rosemary and basil.

Storage Refrigerate after opening and use within three months
