Koppert Cress launch ‘Cressperience' days at International Academy

Dutch cress specialist Koppert Cress have announced details of their new Cress Academy Days across the UK where its collection of micro-vegetables, greens and cresses, known, as ‘Architecture Aromatique', will be demonstrated.

For many years chefs and catering students have been visiting the Koppert Cress Culinary Development Kitchens in Holland to discover the possibilities for their menus. Now the valuable insights into how the seedlings of unique plants are grown, their flavour, fragrance and presentation are being taken on the road.

The Cress Academy days are completely free and will consist of menu design, cress education and tasting sessions, an introduction to food pairings and a nine-course tasting menu prepared by the Koppert Cress in-house team.

Places are limited to 25 people per day and the locations for the days are as follows: Belfast, Cardiff, Exeter, London, Dubai, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow. Everyone who completes the day will be given a free training module pack and attendance certificate.
