Details The new batch freezers from Italy's leading ice-cream equipment maker work alongside the group's Pasto EPL electronic pasteurisers and Age XPL maturation tanks as the third stage in making artisan ice-creams and sorbets.
Features The batch freezers use a rigid, lightweight POM Beater with wide blades, no central shaft and self-regulating scrapers to whip and freeze the pasteurised, matured mix. There are three variable batch-freezing programmes - gelato, gelato fruit and slush fruit - that vary cold, consistency and body.
