Ladle winter soups from Southover

A combination of classic British soups and more exotic recipes gathered from around the world has been created by the Southover Food Company under its Ladle brand to appeal to all tastes.

The Winter Soup Range includes seasonal specials such as the Winter Vegetable Medley (root vegetables and roasted vegetables with blended lentils), Spicy Parsnip or Pumpkin and Caraway.

Wholesome recipes rich on flavour include Pork and Beans with Apple and Herbs; Winter Chicken Pepper Pot; Hearty Bacon, Bean and Pasta; and Spicy Red Lentil and Vegetable variety.
