Lampo Ital blast chiller from Uropa

Recent reductions in size that have brought the benefits of the traditionally bulky blast chiller to smaller operators continue with the launch of the Lampo Ital, the smallest of the Ital range to date.
The Lampo is a combi blast chiller and freezer that has a storage capacity of 29 litres and can hold 3 x 2/3 GN pans. However, its 620mm x 600mm x 400mm dimensions means it can be tucked away on or under a countertop. It can rapidly chill food to +3°C in 90 minutes or shock freeze it to -18°C in 240 minutes. Made with robust stainless steel, the appliance has a one-year parts and labour warranty.
