New products: Banhoek Chilli Oil; Disbury Gin; Belazu exme salad

The Belazu Ingredient Company has created two interpretations of the Turkish ezme salad: an ezme paste and an ezme antipasti. The antipasti combines grilled red peppers and semi-dried and sundried tomatoes with tangy pomegranate molasses, chilli, mint and parsley.

Hoshizaki has launched a glass door refrigerator – the Gram Eco Plus KG140 – with the same award-winning credentials as its fifth-generation ECO Plus models, but with a transparent twist.

Banhoek Chilli Oil, developed in the mountainous region of Stellenbosch, is now available in the UK.
