London Tea Company launches menu for trading up

The http://www.londontea.co.uk" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">London Tea Company is launching a range of PoS material and tableware to help operators trade up towards premium-priced, speciality teas and fruit tisanes, a sector that is growing while sales of regular tea are stagnant.

"Operators spend hours selecting coffee and we feel this same dedication needs to be applied when developing a range of teas," said managing director Dinuk Dissanayake.

Free countertop and tabletop menus detailing some of the group's best-selling classics and exotic blends form phase one of the launch.
