Love Joes gives away 50 portions of Pasta Joes with training

Love Joes is giving away a day's training on how to prepare and serve Pasta Joes, its premium pasta concept, along with 50 portions of pasta, sauce and chicken and free hire of cooking equipment.

Pasta Joes combines freshly prepared-to-order durum wheat pasta, marinated chicken and a line-up of popular sauces, portioned or available in bulk, for caterers to create a fast food offering.

Pasta shapes include fusilli, penne and spaghetti - also available in wholewheat for added nutritional value - while the chicken is infused with Mediterranean, tikka, tandoori, red Thai, piri-piri, Chinese, jerk or black bean flavours. Sauces are made with authentic ingredients and include pomodoro, arrabbiata, bolognese, carbonara, pesto and four cheese.

Love Joes supplies all equipment, branded packaging and PoS, while caterers can also take advantage of comprehensive machinery training, serving suggestions and branding advice.
