Lunch! 2015 to host Innovation Challenge Awards

A host of food, drink, and hospitality suppliers are to compete in the Innovation Challenge Awards at this year's Lunch! show at London's Business Design Centre.

Groups including Twinings, Cawston Press, Tri-Star Packaging, Carrs Food, Manitowoc Foodservice, and Y3K will be among those competing in the showcase and awards, across the show's two days of 24-25 September.

The showcase will take place at the show's upper level, and will seek to promote the best new food-to-go innovations over the past 12 months.

The product to secure the most votes from visitors (one per visitor), will then be invited to "pitch" to industry judges at 12.15pm on the following day, with the results to be announced at 2.45pm.

Set across three floors, Lunch! 2015 will see 350 exhibitors from the food-to-go industries, including the food, drink, packaging, equipment and technology sectors.
