Two luxury 80g fish cakes have joined the range offered by Whitby Seafoods. Made from freshly prepared potato pieces, they will deep-fry from frozen in nine minutes or oven-bake in 17-20 minutes. The Thai fish cakes are sold in bags of 16, while the Cod and Pancetta fish cakes are packed 25 to the case.
The newcomers join the Whitby range of Scampi, Smoked Haddock, and Spring Onion and Salmon (with lemon and dill).
