USP The improved washer uses 33% less water and detergent than its predecessors while delivering a 30% improved cleaning performance thanks to the high-pressure wash system. Its modular design means each machine is built to order.
Details A heat recovery system is incorporated as standard and the new Airconcept system conducts hot air back to the cool feeding section to reduce emissions and conserve energy. Filtered food waste is removed from the wash water during cleaning and the daily self-cleaning programme is automatic. System data can be saved to a Palm PDA, and the washer can be viewed and controlled from a remote desktop.
