Macaroon collection from La Maison du Chocolat
A collection of five macaroon varieties has been introduced for the summer by Parisian chocolatier La Maison du Chocolat.
Passion is a dark ganache infused with passion fruit wrapped in a light almond biscuit; Andalousie is an almond macaroon filled with the zest of fresh lemon infused into a dark ganache and Porcelana is a dark macaroon infused with a ganache made from a rare cocoa bean and topped with a sprinkle of cocoa bean.
Pistachio offers the freshness of pistachio ganache in an almond macaroon while Noisette contains crunchy nuts in dark ganache.
There are two sizes available - large (36g) and small (15g).
