Fresh whole Cornish handline-caught mackerel and Campbell & Neill smoked skin-on haddock fillets are the latest products from M&J Seafood.
Best suited to grilling or baking, the mackerel fillets weigh 230-340g. The haddock fillets are first soaked in brine and then rested before being hot-smoked over oak chips for at least four hours to take on the flavours of the wood. The smoked fillets are then vacuum-packed to seal in the flavour.
