Make a date with IFE 2015 this March

Expert industry advice and delicious innovation in food and drink will be in plentiful supply at IFE 2015.

The show will offer plenty of exciting features and a line-up of 80 renowned chefs and keynote speakers as well as inspiration at the IFE Skillery with demonstrations from some of the industry's finest chefs.

Staged at London's ExCel Centre between 22-25 March and co-located with Waste-Works and Pro2Pac, IFE 2015 is spilt into nine sections including, Speciality and Regional Food from Britain and Ireland, Cheese & Dairy, Meat & Seafood, Bakery & Confectionery, Ingredients, Health & Wellbeing, Drinks and General Food, so there is something for every interest across the food and drink industry.

Allister Bishop, Alyn Williams and Adam Simmonds are in place in the Skillery is with the latest tips of the trade. The event's Great British Kitchen will also provide live demonstrations with the best locally sourced ingredients.

Show director, Chris McCuin, said: "The IFE 2015 team are working extremely hard to ensure that this year's event is the best yet. It is a great opportunity for food producers to showcase their products and it also provides a fantastic networking opportunity for all food industry sectors.".
