Mamma Gallucci is new range of fresh, 100% natural vegetarian soups developed and named by chef Omero Gallucci as a tribute to the skills taught him by his mother, a prolific soup maker.

Available from the Fresh-cut Fruit and Veg company, Mamma Gallucci soups are made from locally-sourced fresh vegetable stocks and fresh herbs, thickened only with the natural starches from the vegetables. They contain no flour, no fat, no colourings, no E numbers and low levels of salt.

The 10-strong winter range covers French Onion, Cream of Roasted Tomato and Basil, Minted Pea, Cream of Leek and Potato, Carrot and Coriander, Potato and Cauliflower, Mediterranean Vegetable, Spicy Butternut Squash, Cream of Vegetable, and Cream of Mushroom.

They are available in microwaveable tubs of 300g, 500g, 1kg and 2.5kg, as well as pouches, and have a six-day fresh shelf life or a six-month storage life when frozen. There are no minimum orders within Central London.
