USP The new modular series (which require separate ice bins) has been designed to address concerns about ice safety and energy usage.

Details The units constantly monitor themselves and display machine status - and potential problems and solutions - on the blue backlit display screen in a variety of languages. Energy features include the ability to schedule ice production levels by time of day or day of week to target off-peak energy and varying levels of demand.

Safety features Patented Luminice growth inhibitor reduces bacteria, mould and yeast; a probe monitors incoming water quality; ice sensing technology measures ice thickness and adjusts to water conditions; and an ice clarity feature improves quality in hard water areas.
