"Whether you are a large multiple national or an independent bar, restaurant, pub or hotel, Flow training can easily fit into your business with an immediate impact on productivity, staff motivation and reduced training budgets whilst dramatically improving service standards and maximising sales," said Gary Squire, group marketing director at Matthew Clark.

"The modules are fully web based and can be accessed at a time and a place to suit the individual and the business. The modules are designed to the highest quality, guiding the individual through the content in a flexible, imaginative and interactive way."

Karen Calvert, operations director at Flow, said the modules provided a pioneering alternative to costly and time-consuming 'face to face' staff training, adding: "The modules are all fully compliant with all current legislation and are formally endorsed by the UK's leading awarding bodies including the SQA, the Institute of Hospitality and most recently by the National Skills Academy (NSA)."

New modules are currently being developed for hotel housekeeping and reception.
