McDougalls instant soups from Premier Foods

The McDougalls instant soup range comprises 17 varieties, including thick vegetable, broccoli and Stilton, asparagus and thick chicken.

The soups require just the addition of cold water: they can then be heated and stored in a bain-marie or soup kettle for four hours.

The soups give caterers the option to add their own ingredients - perhaps orange and lemon zest in the summer and ginger in the winter, or lentils, cream, pasta shells, herbs or crumbled cheese.

All McDougalls soups are available in cases containing 6 x 25 portion packs as well as catering-size 2.25kg packs.
