The Meat Blades cut meat with no serration and feature a German Carbon Stainless Steel ice-hardened blade, with a 35° cutting edge angle designed to create the ultimate performance for slicing through meat on the plate.
Advantages Cuts cleanly without tearing the muscle fibres, leaving the juices intact and preserving the succulence and flavour of the meat. Supplied as set of four in a presentation box, allowing staff to count the knives back in.
