If you're looking for starters, light bites or a meat-free alternative - perhaps for Christmas menus - take a look at Cranks stuffed vegetable products from Kitchen Range Foods. There's half a red pepper filled with a creamy cheese risotto; and a portobello mushroom stuffed with garlic cream cheese and topped with a herb gratin, both hand-filled and individually finished.
