Meatball makeover from Snowbird

Snowbird Foods has revamped the meatball with two new recipes. Herby Meat Balls are a combination of pork and beef with onion, garlic, thyme, black pepper and salt, which is 70% meat.

Lamb is flavoured with garlic, onion, ground cumin, ground and fresh coriander, chilli, salt, and fresh mint in the Moroccan Meat Balls, which include pieces of diced apricot and diced figs to partner couscous.

The meatballs range in size from 10g to 56g and are sold in 4kg packs that cost £4 for the Herby and £5 for the Moroccan flavours.
