The Locator MRM calendar is a new web-based system to help hotels and conference venues book multiple meeting and conference rooms from one or several computers on a company intranet.
Operators select a room from the calendar and insert the relevant information (such as time, company name, logo, and delegates' names), which will appear on an LCD screen positioned outside the selected room at the specified time.
The system minimises the risk of double bookings as operators can view all meeting room bookings at a glance.
It can be used in tandem with the Covergold stable of stand-alone digital signage systems, called Totem, which carries between one and six 17in LCD flat screens with space below for the company logo. T
hey come with a built-in sound system and wireless keyboard and mouse and operate via the company LAN network. The newest addition is a slimline three-screen Totem.
