Mélange du Pain is a five-strong line of artisan breads from Mantinga which is exclusive to the hotel and restaurant trade and combines tradition with convenience.

The hand-crafted breads are made from the finest natural ingredients and stone-baked in Northern Bavaria. They are sold in frozen boxes of 25 loaves (five of each variety) that are ready for bake-off, allowing chefs to produce a freshly-baked basket of different breads in less than 30 minutes.

In addition to Olive and Walnut Ciabattas, Mélange du Pain offers three flute-style breads: Peperoni, which is flavoured with mild chilli peppers; a tear-and-share rustic Epi stick; and a well-topped Herb Provence Bouchette.
