Metro display cabinet from ISA

ISA has launched the Metro display cabinet range offering chilled, ambient and heated modules designed to combine with other products in the ISA portfolio including the Millennium range, which features professional ice-cream-scooping cabinets and pastry display units.

The Metro units can be used either as stand-alone displays or in counter runs and are suitable for use in cafés , bakeries, sandwich shops, pâtisseries, ice-cream parlours, forecourts and other food service operations.

Each module has four display areas Ðthree tempered glass shelves plus the base platform - allowing the maximum amount of food to be presented in the minimum footprint. Visibility of the food is improved by the glass side panels and the illumination provided under each shelf.

Chilled modules are available either as serve-over units or as self-serve. In each case, the flow of chilled air has been optimised to give uniformity of temperature, maintaining the food in top condition while minimising heat loss. The heated modules are offered as serve-over units.

They are also designed for easy, hygienic and eco-friendly use - for example, where fitted, the curved glass front tilts forward for ease of cleaning.

The finish is available in a range of standard colours and designs including "Millefiori" - a thousand flowers. In line with its Ecology Project, all ISA's products use 100% HCFC-free polyurethane insulation, with CO2 as an optional refrigerant.
