Michelin-quality meat pies from Rhug

Former Michelin-starred chef Paul Read - who won the accolade while working at the Chester Grosvenor - has cooked up a range of organic gourmet meat pies for Lord Newborough's Rhug Estate Organic Farm at Corwen, Denbighshire.

The pies incorporate the matured organic Aberdeen Angus beef that the estate already supplies to two dozen Michelin-starred chefs, including Raymond Blanc.

The options are: steak and ale; steak and Stilton; cottage pie; and steak, mushroom and red wine, available in 230g or 500-600g sizes.
