Mini baked potato oven up for grabs from Bernard Matthews

A new line of turkey breast chunks from Bernard Matthews - in roast and mild tikka options - will help primary and secondary school caterers serve up healthier fast foods that comply with School Food Trust standards.

The Quality British poultry products - which are fully traceable from farm to fork - contain just 0.3g of saturated fats and 63 calories per 55g, along with just 1% of a child's GDA for sugar and fat. They contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

This makes them ideal substitutes for chicken and other proteins in a host of popular meals from kebabs to salads. The mild tikka chunks work especially well as pizza toppings or wrap fillings while the roast chunks can be combined with sauces for pasta bakes and jacket potato fillings.

The versatile chunks are also highly convenient and are ready to eat after defrosting.

To mark the launch of these additions to its Big Green Tick range of foods for schools, Bernard Matthews is giving away one mini 14-litre baked potato oven that can cook up to 12 spuds at a time.
