Product Mini gourmet collection of Edward Moon Proper Pies

Details The hand-finished pies are made from British ingredients using traditional artisan skills. Fillings are cooked by the slow sous-vide method to lock-in flavours and meat liquors are used to make the gravy, which is kept to a minimum for hand-held eating. The pies have a rich shortcrust pastry base with a puff pastry lid.

Target market Pubs, cafés and snack bar operators.

Range Steak and Spitfire (with Spitfire Ale gravy); Buttered Chicken Balti; and Roasted Vegetables, with carrot, fennel, courgettes, aubergine and red onion and a red pesto pastry base.
