Minted lamb kofta skewers from Plusfood

Minted lamb kofta is the latest addition to the skewer range offered by poultry and red meat supplier Plusfood. The new item - ideal as a starter, main course or part of a combo dish in pubs and restaurants - is fully coated with a mint glaze and meets the current consumer preference for hand-held foods. Each skewer weighs about 30g and is packed 60 to the 1.8kg case.
