A Focus hot-buffet trolley can provide a self-contained mobile hot-breakfast bar in situations where there's insufficient space for a dedicated breakfast area.
Fitments include toughened-glass built-in thermo-panel elements automatically controlled to keep food evenly heated at 75-90°C, fold-down plate shelf, cutlery holder, lift-off end shelf and bains-marie adapter. Overhead gantries are fitted with quartz heating and lighting elements and sneeze guards. Matching cold and ambient trolleys are also available. Overall lengths are 750mm, 1,080mm and 1,410mm.
