Mobile cook-and-serve modules from BGL Rieber

Servocuccina counters, the latest in the Rieber Varithek series, are trolley-based gastronorm-compatible modules which can be assembled to create an entire mobile food servery. Top fitments can provide warming, pan-cooking and teppanyaki-style griddling, or can be used for buffet-style service of cold or ambient items. Optional built-in air-extraction facilities draw away cooking smoke and fumes.

Modules are made in a choice of colours and have shelves which can be fitted with coloured insets or solid beechwood chopping boards. Each module is supplied flat-packed or fully assembled with a Servostar trolley base. Total space required is less than 1cu m.
