Mousses, cheesecakes and truffles from 3663

Delice Praline (86g) is an indulgent hazelnut and almond praline mousse resting on a base of delicate olive oil biscotti and coated in a layer of 75% smooth Tanzanie chocolate; Exquis Framboise (86g) is made from raspberry, blackberry and mixed berry mousse and a génoise layer; and Royal Supreme Dark Chocolate Mousse (72g) is a smooth 75% Tanzanie chocolate mousse studded with caramelised almond wafer pieces and hand-wrapped in a sheet of milk chocolate.

All three products are available frozen in cases of 12.

A 14-portion Whites Belgian Chocolate Cheesecake has a crisp chocolate crumb layered with chewy chocolate brownie and a rich couverture cheesecake filling.

Also available from 3663 is the 12-portion Indulgence Chocolate and Mascarpone Truffle, which consists of a chocolate biscuit base topped with a rich, dark chocolate truffle, decorated with a white chocolate and mascarpone cream, and scattered with crushed amaretti biscuits.
