The wide range of mobile, floor-standing and counter-top serveries and hot or cold display cabinets from Parry includes the UK-made MSB9-18 mobile servery bain-marie top model, which is also available as a flat top.
It is constructed from stainless steel with corner bumpers, radius edges, plug park and push bar, removable doors and four heavy-duty castors - two of them lockable.
The bains-marie can be used as wet or dry wells, while the cupboard, which has two adjustable internal shelves, provides temperatures between 30°C and 85°C.
The servery comes in four sizes - from 900mm to 1,800mm - with respective gastronorm capacities from 2 x 1/1 GN, equivalent to 220 plates or 44 covers, up to 5 x 1/1 GN, 380 plates or 80 covers.
Optional extras include tray slides, stainless steel heated gantries with 300W quartz lamps, and pass-through doors. Bespoke versions are also on offer while a one-year guarantee is standard.
