Brakes' MSC Alaskan Pollack Fishcake Treasures have been entered in the Kids Main Meals section of Caterer's Excellence in Food and Drink Awards 2009.
This fun coated product will appeal to kids (& their parents / School Foods Trust) with the hidden ‘treasure' of cheese and ketchup in the centre.
Made using whole MSC pollack fillet (not minced) and whole mashed, backed potato. Coated in Brakes exclusive non-prefried Smartcrumb coating.
