New cooking gel spirits and liqueurs from Cuisine Wine

Triple Sec and Poire William have been added to Cuisinewine's range of cooking gel spirits and liqueurs. The gels are made from distilled spirits and turned into a gel using a natural stabiliser.

The range, including spirits (Scotch Whisky, French Brandy, Caribbean Dark Rum and Calvados) and liqueurs (Amaretto, Crème de Cassis and Crème de Framboise) are used in the same way as traditional liquid spirits. The spirits come in one-litre PET bottles and the liqueurs in 50cl PET bottles for safe handling.

Port and Madeira have also been added to the company's boxes of wine and are supplied in three-litre boxes. Five-litre boxes of red and white wine are made from Tempranillo and Pardina grape varieties from southern Spain. The 5% abv wines have a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture and six weeks once opened.
