New induction hob and convection oven from Burco

The £420 induction hob (pictured) switches on only when the auto-pan-detection feature detects the presence of a pan, delivering instant and uniform heat and cooling down quickly when the pan is removed.

Features include a Schott glass surface, electronic wipe-clean touch controls, and two rings with 10 heat settings.

Efficient air circulation distributes the heat evenly to minimise cold spots in the £999 oven, which offers a 60-minute timer and a 180-minute cook-and-hold timer.
