The latest two PO pizza ovens from Pantheon come in single-deck (PO4) and double-deck (PO4+4) versions to appeal to caterers who sell pizzas occasionally as well as to those offering pizzas as a core line.
Each deck will hold 4 x 12in pizzas and has a 600mm x 600mm refractory brick base to promote even heat distribution and rapid cooking. Caterers can cook the pizzas on a baking tray or directly on the brick base for a crispy finish.
The ovens feature robust stainless-steel doors with tempered glass, internal lights on each deck, and a mechanical temperature gauge. Optional thermostats up to 500e_SDgrC can be fitted to each deck, allowing caterers to economise by using just one section of the twin-deck model during quieter periods. The ovens are supplied to run on 32amp single-phase electricity and come with 12-month parts and labour warranties.
